"Staff was extremely helpful and very kind. Room and property really clean and we'll kept. BUT, room was way too hot. Air conditioner was barely working/useful even on full blast. We spent most of our time in the room sweating. We knew the city was expected to be hot, but did not know the air conditioner ..."

"Dirty dishes in sink, not family frndly at all. Mistake to have booked this. Spiders cockroaches everywhere. Flight noise due to closeness to airport. Extra city tax levied on location which was not disclosed during booking"
