This is NOT a 3-stars hotel as it’s indicated on website. It’s a house with rooms for share and has elevator instead. My room was clean and had nice bathroom. Orbitz should correct the hotel info and refund me some money as I prepaid for a 3-stars hotel, not rooms for share type. I complained but haven’t gotten a response from Orbitz in email.

Great Location near the Night Market
I loved this place. The family running the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are maintained well, the Wifi which is free, works well. No AC necessary because Da Lat is up in the mountains so it is nice and cool. There are numerous eating option withing walking distance. I will stay here again when I visit Da Lat.

Great Hotel
I really liked this hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy and the shower was good too. I liked seeing the receptionists’ little girl playing happily in the lobby, it gave the hotel a nice family feel to it - although I’m not sure if it’s family run or not? The man behind reception was great organising and suggesting trips to do in DaLat, which I am thankful for. The bakery across the road was amazing and saved me from starving during the day. Great location. Would stay again.

Poor breakfast, rooms were damp and our corridor smelt of sewage. Good location and close to good restaurants ie Oz burgers and opposite nice bakery. 2 min walk to market. Staff were really friendly although needed a shower, was no pleasant smell in this hotel. Receptionist was sleeping when we checked out and didn’t want to say wake up so stood and waited for 10 minutes and had to purposely make noise. Wouldn’t stay here again, have got a lot more for our money in Vietnam.

Comfortable, clean, city central location with many other hotels along the road. Pharmacies, restaurants, coffee cafes all close by. English speaking reception. Fast check-in. Large clean rooms with ensuite. 5 minutes walk to the night market, 20 minutes to the lake and large supermarket. Hotel offers superb breakfast buffet comprising 9 hot dishes – eggs, sausages, stir-fries, delicious Viet style fried rice and chicken porridge, vegetables, meat dishes, with fresh salad, cereals, juice, sweets, breads, coffee, milk and Viet fir/eggs preferences to order - all most satisfying. Chef changes menu daily and is a terrific cook. Al-la-carte menu available and served food presentation is most impressive. Manager/owner is a delightful lady speaking English, Viet, Korean and is most helpful. Reception organizes good tours with hotel pick-up. Opposite the hotel is an excellent bakery and restaurant with menu also in English. Try their delicious hot-pot. The very busy bakery offers a surprisingly large array of wonderful cakes, sweets, pastries, including excellent jellies, cheese cakes, bread varieties. Must try is their fresh baguettes with your choice of fillings and packed with fresh salads – all for 15,000VND. All baked onsite throughout the day. Will definitely stay at hotel again next visit at this very convenient hotel location.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. We did have trouble sleeping with early morning street noise, after the first night the staff offered a move to a room on the back side of hotel but as we only had one more night we declined.

Central location: good value+clean+get a quad room
Some earlier reviews have suggested the rooms are small. We got a quadruple room for just *slightly* more than a double and the room was of a very good size, with a large wardrobe, 2 double beds, desk,table, bench, etc. This is hotel is clean, very recently renovated, good value, well located with helpful staff with good English. As in most places, in Vietnam, street noise can be a problem at night but we closed the windows and it was OK. Wifi was very good, breakfast had enough choices.

We loved this hotel, the staff were fantastic if they didn't understand what we were after they found someone who could, our room was in the front but really quiet, it was super clean, shower great, we had a balcony so we could open the door & the sun came in just how we like it. It was walking distance to most things & the hotel booked a City tour & my favourite the Country tour, being the coffee tragic in Vietnam that I am. We were lucky enough to go in a car with only the six of us. The breakfast was great & they always made sure we had enough, it made it very personal, from young Grace practicing her english with us, the cleaning staff & the boss who was specially sympathetic to my husband who had man flu. The whole stay was one of the best in our travels & a definite return one day

The hotel is well located. It has very short walkable distance to the Dalat Market(2minutes) and lake side(5 minutes). A bakery and a resto are just across to the street. We had a quiet db room not facing to the street. For having a city view, you may ask for upgrading for less than 10usd. Breakfast buffet is excellent on the top floor with view. There are many choices, more than our expectations, especially think about the price that we pay for our room. Staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful, provide information for exploring Dalat. They called a taxi for us. Mailin

Locked Out
If you're going to close a large metal grate over the entrance at a given time, you should probably let guests know beforehand. "You should just knock on the gate" is not an answer, particularly when we did exactly that and were not answered. If we had not had a friend with a local number with us, we would have been locked out the entire night. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values communication or flexibility.
