PLEASE DO NOT park in neighbors parking spots near the apartment buildings. 1806-1820 4th Street parking lot if OFF LIMITS. Tow signs!
There is an easement from 4th Street all the way to 419 Sackett. YOU CAN ONLY PARK at the dead end between the houses. DONT block the neighbors.
