"Clean room, but AC was very hard to control & it was extremely loud. Toilet handle stuck on each flush. Breakfast was ok, eggs not good. "

"Easy to get to a nicely located, not too far from the football Hall of Fame. The breakfast was nice. They were undergoing some remodel or repairs and their portions of the hotel that had no carpet at the lower floor. It felt like the hotel was on its way to being nice but still had some ways to go."

"I skipped the breakfast. Not too many choices and overpriced. That also applies to snacks. Great selection but let’s talk about the prices where ice cream cost 12.00!!! Room was great. Spacious and modern. Clean and quiet. I would stay again as staff was very nice and accommodating. Complimentary tea and coffee was a plus too! Over all great stay! "

"Rooms were damaged and nothing worked. Pool was closed because they drained it to clean it. Roof leaked. Damage everywhere. Needed drywall put up in ceilings and never did. Got locked out of our room."

"PROS: Room was clean. Breakfast was overall average. CONS: Customer service at desk wasn't too friendly. Bathroom fan didn’t work, addressed issue at front desk with Alethia both days; haven't been fixed. People setting up breakfast weren't very friendly. Pool had no heat. Pool area was warm, but water wasn't warm. Overcrowded pool. People yelling, very loud at night. "

"The bathroom door would not stay closed. Brown/ Black stains on the carpeting in the lavatory. The dishwasher was " out of order"; front desk manager did not mention this at check in. The stove overhead lightbulb was missing. Upkeep of property seemed to have significantly declined since my last stay 4 years ago."
