Dürftige Ausstattung des Balkons sowie der Küche, keinerlei Informationen z. B. Mülltrennung und -entsorgung oder Heizungsregulierung, Badezimmer machte guten Eindruck, auch das Schrankbett war in Ordnung, Ausziehtisch und Stühle mangelhaft, insgesamt nur wenig empfehlenswert
Polster abgenutzt und teilweise verschlissen
anderer Stuhl sogar gebrochen
