This cozy Non smoking single room apartment is located directly in about 100 m from the nearest beach access. You can park your car for free on the parking space provided for you. The apartment is equipped with cable TV (flat screen) stereo, kitchenette with fridge, 2 electric plates, coffee maker, microwave and shower room. In addition, the apartment (1.40 x 2 m bed) includes an additional sleeping alcove with its own flat screen TV. For your holiday, the couch can be converted into a high quality sofa bed (160 x 2m) with a separate mattress with a few simple steps. Other amenities include the large south-facing balcony that invites you to relax. From the communal roof terrace you have a beautiful view over the country and the North Sea.

Das Bett und das Schlafsofa ist eine Katastrophe, geht auf jedenfall besser.Bett hat keine normalen Maße. Waschbecken läuft sehr schlecht ab.

Ein schönes kkeines Apartment, sauber, gut eingerichtet. Leider halten sich nicht alle daran, den Aufzug zur von 7 bis 22 Uhr zu benutzen, da man diesen in der Wohnung hört.

Jahreswechsel in Duhnen

Wir sind auch nach 20 Jahren Duhnen noch nicht satt! Wir lieben es einfach hier zu sein! Diese Wohnung war genau richtig für uns. Sie liegt nah am Zentrum und nicht weit weg von der Strandpromenade. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es sind von der Wohnung ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Das Zentrum mit Lokalen und diversen Geschäften,Becker etc sind um die Ecke. Auch das Bad Ahoi ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wohnung sehr schön und hell. Und Alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut bestückt. Wie kommen in die Wohnung wieder.

Sehr Zufrieden

Wir waren eine Woche in der hübschen kleinen Wohnung und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und die Lage war perfekt. Toll fanden wir das es einen Fahrstuhl gab und die Dachterrasse war einladend für eine gute Aussicht. Gruß Peter und Susanne

Es ist eine gute Unterkunft für 1 oder 2 Personen . Aber ,man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen. Alleine der Weg zum nächsten Lebensmittel Geschäft ist sehr lang. Und in der Wohnung fehlt ein W LAN.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns..super zentrale Lage, ruhig, Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne....Frühstück mit Sonnenschein ....Sonne bis 17.00 Uhr, 5 min zum Strand ...buchen wir immer gerne wieder ..Ausstattung nichts fehlte !!!

Es war ein gelungener Urlaub.

Es war alles vorhanden und hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Toller Balkon mit Sonnenseite. Fussläufig ist alles in der Nähe gut erreichbar. Die Urlaubsgegend um Cuxhafen ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach wunderbar.

Alles lief reibungslos, die Wohnung (19) ist für 2 Personen super geeignet. Der Balkon hat eine schöne Größe und läht im Sommer zum Frühstück und Abendliche Stunden ein. Alles im Allen ein gelungener Urlaub, den wir hier gerne wiederholen möchten. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Im allgemeinen war es in Ordnung.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet gewesen. Leider fiel uns das Schlafen nicht so leicht, da von den Heizungsrohren im Schlaf erreicht ständiges geglugger war. Dann ab kurz nach 7 hörte es sich so an, als würde der aufzug in den Schlafbereich gefahren kommen. Sehr schade. Wir hatten das Pech, das wir ab ca. 8 Uhr Lärm von Handwerkern hatten. Aber im allgemeinen eine sehr schöne Wohnung, perfekte Lage, gute Parkplätze im Hinterhof und Fahrradständer im Hinterhof. Wir würden bestimmt noch mal buchen, jedoch eine andere Wohnung. :)
