Welcome to our charming holiday rental for 2 people! This lovingly furnished accommodation offers you the perfect getaway surrounded by nature. Enjoy the fresh air and the magnificent view of the expansive fields and meadows from two balconies that invite you to relax.

The living area features an open kitchen with a counter, which is ideal for cooking and dining together. The two cosy sofas offer plenty of space to sit back and relax after an eventful day. The separate bedroom with a double bed ensures restful nights.

Right next to the house lies a large forest, perfect for long walks and exploring. The beach, as well as numerous restaurants, cafés, and small shops, are also within walking distance, so you can enjoy the surroundings to the fullest.

In addition, the house features a swimming pool, a sauna, and a steam room, all designed to provide relaxing moments. A rooftop terrace invites all guests to sunbathe and enjoy the ocean view. A shared washing machine and dryer round out the amenities.

Haus Frauenpreiss is situated in an idyllic location, right next to the Wernerwald, the forest outdoor pool, the adventure playground, and the climbing park. Just about 400 metres away, you’ll find the sandy beach, the promenade, as well as a variety of restaurants, cafés, and the bakery. The dog beach is also easily accessible from here.

An exclusive wellness area awaits you, which you can easily reach by lift. Spanning a generous 344 m², you can relax and unwind to your heart’s content from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The swimming pool, with a pleasant water temperature of approximately 28 °C, measures approximately 12 x 6 metres and offers plenty of space for a refreshing swim. A staircase with a handrail provides safe access to the water, and you can activate the counter-current system with the push of a button.

The sauna area, featuring an extra-cold shower, a relaxation room, and a small outdoor area that invites you to linger. The communal sauna and steam room can be used for just €3 (in €1 coins).

Particularly impressive is the large rooftop terrace, which is accessible by lift. Here, in a private setting, you can enjoy the view of the sea, breathe in the fresh air, and let the day come to a close as the sun sets.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement for a small fee.
A shared car park is available right next to the building.
