On the 4th floor, which you can easily reach by lift, you’ll find the open-concept living and dining area with a cosy sofa nook and a sleeper sofa for two people. Here you can enjoy relaxing moments in a bright, welcoming setting. Additionally, this level features a separate bedroom with a flat-screen TV, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bedroom features a double bed with a single, continuous mattress, providing a comfortable sleeping surface. The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this floor.

One level higher is the shared rooftop terrace, reserved exclusively for the penthouse apartments, which offers a stunning ocean view.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering: stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher.
