Cuxhaven - immer wieder

Leider hatten wir nur einen Tag trockenes Wetter, haben aber das Beste daraus gemacht. Cuxhaven für ein paar Tage geht immer.

Eine Woche Nordsee mit Kinderprogramm

Trotz durchwachsenem Wetter konnten wir jeden Tag etwas schönes machen. Da war vom Wattwandern, Fußball am Strand, Kletterpark, Kutschfahrt nach Neuwerk und Schwimmen im Ahoi-Bad alles dabei. Die Ferienwohnung liegt verkehrsberuhigt am Wald. Strand und Bäcker waren in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung war gut zu erreichen, super war auch das ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehörte und auch ein abschließbare Fahrradschuppen. Die Größe der Wohnung und ebenerdig war auch super. Was nicht so toll war, die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war nur massiv, spinnenweben in den Ecken und nicht gründlich gereinigt. Außerdem hatten wir in den ersten 1,5 Tagen kein heißes Wasser, es kam dann ein Monteur. Aber auf Nachfrage gab es keinen Preisnachlass und das ist mehr als ärgerlich.

Toller Urlaub ,strandnah

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in Duhnen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist für 3 bis 4 Personen ausgelegt. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und die Waschmaschine ein Pluspunkt. Im Kinderzimmer ist mit ausgezogenem Bett für 2 Kinder kein weiterer Platz zum Spielen. Dafür gibt es ein großen Ess- und Wohn/ Spielbereich. Die Wohnung ist strandnah (ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand) und ruhig gelegen.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt!

Wohnung gemütlich und gut eingerichtet (u.a. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine). Für mich war - 2 1/2 Monate nach Hüft-OP - die Barrierefreiheit ein großer Vorteil! Ruhige Lage (Sackgasse) und dennoch: Nähe zum Strand und zum ahoi-Erlebnis und Thermalbad. Dies war für mich (noch gehbehindert) ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Leider hatten wir einmal abends, über Nacht und morgens mehrere Stromausfälle. Der vom Vermietungsbüro schnell geschickte Hausmeister war sehr hilfsbereit, konnte aber keine Ursache finden. Seine Vermutung: Kurzschlüsse durch Wassertropfen (aus Anschlüssen oder auch durch Schwitzwasser). Glücklicherweise hat sich dies nicht wiederholt. Insgesamt: Wir haben uns gut erholt, die 2 Wochen gingen viel zu schnell um.
