"Last month we tried the Colonial because our normal hotel was booked & this hotel had an
outdoor pool
& very welcoming front yard with firepit & plenty of outdoor seating options also a very cute retro look. To our surprise the room(king) was updated, clean & complete with fridge, microwave & coffeemaker plus the price was very reasonable. However it was the manager (Evan) who went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable & for that reason we returned several weeks later & will return again...

"Perfect little cottage like rooms. Room was clean. Beds not that comfy but not bad either. They have a fire pit for use, grills. The

was a nice temp. Very clean on the outside and in general. Breakfast was basic. The kids liked the waffle maker. The room we had you had to slam the door to make sure it locks. Didnt figure that out till we got back and my daughter ran in with no key. But Overall great stay. Will definitely return. "

, nice walk alongside lazy river. Nice they had breakfast, doesn't need to be a lot, enough some eggs, bacon coffee and waffles. Rooms need a bit to be updated, some refreshing, paint, fixing, overall is good, for the price. Staff was nice. Definitely will be back. "
