- Serenity awaits as you step into this totally renovated Cottage. The property is perfectly located in the heart of Long Island's Wine Country. Centered on the North Fork this home allows you to explore all that there is to offer... antique shops, restaurants, vineyards, breweries, farm stands and the beautiful Causeway Beach is just steps from this home.
The home is fully renovated with an amazing new kitchen and all new appliances, new bathroom, refinished hardwood floors, new washer/dryer, brand new central A/C, a beautiful screened in porch, outside gas grill and fire pit. The home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The neighborhood is very quiet and perfect for walking and bike riding. A short 7-minute walk brings you to one of the most amazing beaches on the North Fork. Relax on the Causeway Beach overlooking the Peconic Bay and de-stress. Hop in a kayak and see amazing wildlife in the surrounding creeks.
Jump in the car and within 3 miles you can enjoy Bedell Cellars, Lenz, Raphael Winery, or Pindar Vineyards (to just name a few). Or take a ride to Greenport Harbor Brewery & Restaurant (2.5 miles).
Don't feel like cooking head over to the Red Rooster for dinner or check out Maroni's of Southold (The Pots Grandma Maroni's Meatballs - keep the pot as a souvenir).
