Villa "Sul Mare Vista Tramonto" is located in Cornino, just steps from the beach. The property consists of three independent houses by the sea, covering a total of 3,000 m², with a 200 m² upper terrace overlooking the water. The owners live in one of the houses, but all units are independent, each with a private garden and spacious outdoor areas. The 85 m² villa features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom, accommodating up to five guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, fan, heating, washing machine, TV, books, and children's toys. A baby cot is also available.
Enjoy a private outdoor area with a 3,000 m² garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower, ensuring your privacy. Belle semaine en bord de mer
Maison de vacances simple mais bien aménagée. Chambre des parents climatisée, belle terrasse.
Paolo, le propriétaire est très accueillant et parle parfaitement le français.

Ein Traumhafter Ort und ein traumhaftes Häuschen
Pros: Wir waren 3 Wochen in der Villa und haben es von Anfang bis Ende geliebt. Ein kleines Paradies. Die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse sind ein Traum. Die Lage des Häuschens ist total idyllisch und alles ist liebevoll und stilvoll dekoriert. Paolo und Michele sind sehr zuvorkommende und wirklich wunderbare Gastgeber.
Es war sehr sauber und besonders gut haben uns die vielen schönen Sitzgelegenheiten gefallen (im Garten, auf der Terasse, auf der Dachterasse) und auch die Außendusche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß am Strand und das Wasser ist kristallklar. Der Strand ist schön und liegt eindrucksvoll neben dem Monte Cofano. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles. Es war wunderschön.
