"The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The front door had 2 doors that both locked so felt very safe. Conveniently located. My only concern was you can hear the people talking in the next room. Other then that it was a great place"

We absolutely fell in love with the area, and this flat provided an ideal location to experience everything this wonderful coastal community has to offer.Collin proved to be an excellent host throughout our stay. He was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The flat was exactly as described in the listing - no surprises, just honest representation of what to expect.As someone who has been enjoying country living for the past 20 years, I had forgotten some of the realities of "quintessential city living". The regular garbage pickup did interrupt our morning sleep on occasion, and the bathroom is compact compared to what we're used to at home. However, these are simply the trade-offs that come with urban convenience and location - not flaws with the property itself.Despite these minor adjustments to city life, neither would prevent us from rebooking this apartment. The location, Collin's hospitality, and the authentic Newburyport experience we enjoyed far outweigh any small inconveniences."
"Great location! Walkable distance to many shops and restaurants. very safe. Although no staff on site, I sent a text asking for more towels and was delivered very quickly. Only negative is that there are only three parking parking spots for parallel parking in the back of the building. Extremely difficult to get in and out of unless you have a compact car. Would definitely stay again, but would utilize parking garage."
"I would 100% come back to this place. Our suite was absolutely amazing, and very clean. It is spacious, has a very big and cool shower, has great ac and giant tv, plenty of light, has a safe, and the biggest, most comfortable bed I have ever laid on. The pillows aren’t as comfortable as the bed, and the breakfast is very limited, but there is plenty of breakfast/brunch places in walking distance, so it was not a big deal. Also, you may have to pay for parking! But, I 1000% recommend staying here!!!"
"This modern and fun space sits within the town of Newburyport itself. Everything is within a very short walking distance. The unit we rented was exactly as described and super clean too. We were able to get fresh towels etc by communicating thru text. This will be our rebook go to when traveling to the area.Just book this place already "
