"The apartment was spacious and in a great area but that’s where it ends. There was no heat while we were there and at night the temperature got down to 39 degrees F. There was hot water in the shower but no hot water in the bathroom sink or kitchen sink. Luckily there were plenty of blankets for us to use to sleep at night and to wrap up in while we were in the apartment other hours. The bed was a nice size and was very comfortable though. There was only 1 bath towel when we arrived so we called...

"Excellent facility with fabulous price. Staff was very helpful. They prepared our breakfast in bag to take with us for early morning tour. Stored our luggage for 3 days while we were out before our return. Location is perfect and everything accessible within walking distance. I would stay there again and recommend others give it a try as well."

"Very comfortable and modern rooms, at international standards. Beautiful view over Cusco, near Santa Ana Plaza. Be aware of the significant uphill walk from historic area, however it's very easy and inexpensive to get taxi or rideshare if tired. Front desk staff were not welcoming and did not explain anything about the hotel. Room service food was delicious and those staff were very kind. The room was kept in great condition by Lenin - much appreciated."
