It's a little off the beaten track but we enjoyed the walking in to town. It gave us the opportunity to see the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's pretty basic but clean and comfortable. We'd stay there again.

I really appreciated the fun, relatively quiet atmosphere. The only complaint I had was that the water in the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold and changed randomly. The staff was very helpful, however, and we received free taxi service to and from the airport because we were changed from the original Casa de Mamá to the Recoleta due to construction.

Nice breakfast in the mornings. Rooms can get a bit hot or cold. Very basic room, TV doesn't work. But overall, great value for the price!

Hotel un poco escondido pero comodo

La ubicación del hotel es céntrica, pero es un poco difícil llegar porque son muy estrechas las calles y circulan continuamente automóviles. El Hotel tiene buena atención, limpio en general aunque la habitación tenía problemas con las llaves de la bañera, daban o agua muy caliente o agua fría, sin punto intermedio. El desayuno es sencillo y preparado al momento.

THE HOTEL IS LOCATED ON A DIRTY STREET WITH PILES OF GARBAGE IN THE CORNER, NOT ACCESIBLE BY CAR. THE CAR CAN NOT REACH THE ENTRANCE OF THE HOTEL. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS TERRIBLE AND DANGEROUS. THE ROOMS BELONG TO A HALF STAR HOTEL. IMMEDIATELY AFTER CHECKING THE LOCATION,CONDITION OF THE ROOM AND STREET I INSTRUCTED MY TAXI TO TAKE US TO ANOTHER HOTEL. Casa de Mama

Staff were friendly and email communication was very good. Hotel was located down a quiet alley way approx 10 minutes walk rom the centre. Room was clean. Breakfast was a basic, simple bread/eggs and coffee. As a overnight stay before embarking on one of the many trips i.e machu piichu this was a good, inexpensive , basic and safe hotel.

Aconchego com simplicidade

O Hotel Casa da Mamá não pode ser considerado um hotel de luxo. Pelo contrário é um hotel muito simples, porém muito aconchegante. A alegria com que os funcionários nos atentem é simplesmente fora do comum. Sempre com sorrido no rosto. Sua localização é num lugar bem tranquilo e não muito distante do centro e da Praça das armas de Cuzco. Eu recomendo. Para quem num busca luxo e quer pagar o justo para estar em Cuzco é uma boa pedida. Valeu minha estadia por lá.

まず駅への送迎が無料と書いてあるにも関わらず12ソルとられました。送迎依頼のメールも2度送ったのに無視。心配になり宿泊日前日に泊まっていたホテルの方に確認の電話してもらったところワンチャック駅から遠くないから歩いてこいとのこと。なのに夜に12ソルで迎えに行くとメールが入り無料ではないのかときいたところそんなことで口論したくないとばっさり。またホテル内のwifiは故障中で使えませんでした

Very clean, friendly staff. The beds were a little bit hard but sleep like a baby anyway
