"Very disappointing. Rooms need a lot of work. A/C broke. Toilet broke twice. Elevator broken. Ceiling fan on high only and made horrible noise. Towel rack dangling out of wall. Asked for it to be repaired which is a 5 minute project. Never done. Staff mostly nice but not always helpful"

"Excellent property, staffs are great. Good variety of food. We checked out before lunch and were sent to a different restaurant with barely any good choices of food. RIU could avoid this practice to minimize customers dissatisfaction. Otherwise, our experience was pretty good. "

"Beautiful resort- Not enough umbrellas at pool. Food options were ok would have liked to see more. Cups for drinks were pour quality- definitely bring your own."

"The property is very well maintained, refreshing at entry. I’m thoroughly pleased with my stay. We visited both buffet and other restaurants on the property and both were excellent. The only problem was when we went off the property we were charged a ridiculous price to go NEXT door to the restaurant $170 literally five minutes away. Other than that everything was amazing, staff was top notch nice people. Thanks for the amazing hospitality "
