An absolutely faultless stay! Service was impeccable, our room was beautiful (with an incredibly comfortable bed) and we had the most delicious food. Would absolutely recommend for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle.

Overall, we had a good stay at The Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino. The property is beautiful, the staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable. We also had dinner at the coffee shop café, which was very good. We tried the Japanese restaurant as well. While the ambiance was elegant and the service was excellent, we felt the food did not meet our expectations given the price.
The only disappointing part of our stay was the condition of some of the room amenities. The comb provided in the room appeared to have been previously used, as it had hair in it despite being sealed in Zuri-branded packaging. That was unexpected and raised concerns about hygiene. Similarly, the slippers appeared dirty upon opening even though they were packaged to look new. I hope the hotel reviews its housekeeping and amenity packaging process, as this did not match the otherwise high standards of the resort.
Despite these concerns, we appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff, which made our stay enjoyable overall.
