The space
is a place that captivates with its architecture and its brightness. Its spaces are comfortable and decorated with charm and special care, where you’ll certainly find everything you need for a memorable stay with family or friends. The house is a fun place to enjoy the views, rabbits, and birds. There are padel courts available for rent just 5 minutes away (ask for contact information). There are great trails nearby for cycling and motocross enthusiasts. Vineyards are 15 minutes away. The drive to the Chilean coast takes approximately 40 minutes.
All the terraces are covered with Chilean tile roofs, including the Quincho, and are therefore protected from the sun and rain. There is patio furniture throughout the exterior of the house—rattan for a picnic breakfast, recycled wood for cocktails, or seating at the large family oak table to enjoy dishes from the clay oven or grill (comfortably seats 12 to 15 people).
The kitchen is fully equipped for several people, with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, and all necessary appliances.
Air conditioning is available in the summer and heating in the winter; please coordinate its use.
The pool area and its terraces are enclosed with a child-safety fence.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a terrace, and an en suite bathroom. On the second level, there are two bedrooms that share a full bathroom. On that same level, there is also a small open living area with a trundle bed suitable for children or adults. The fourth bedroom is next to the kitchen and has a small bathroom.
Bed descriptions:
-Bedroom 1 (Master): King-size bed.
-Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed. Plus a sofa bed)
-Bedroom 3: 1 queen-size bed.
Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds (next to the kitchen).
Open-concept living area with a folding screen: 1 trundle bed (sleeps 2).
A Pack 'n Play cot and high chair are available; please coordinate in advance.
For shopping, there are vegetable stands, free-range eggs, artisanal bread, supermarkets, and pharmacies just a few minutes’ walk down to the town.
There’s a hospital 5 minutes away.
The water comes from a well and is safe to drink.

Guest Access
In the well-maintained condominium complex, there is access to a tennis court (unfortunately, the courts have cracks) and a playground.To use these facilities, please contact me and I’ll direct you to the front desk for access.
