"We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel was lovely. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We stayed only two days and every minute was perfect. "I like the hotel and stayed here a few times before. The room is comfortable and the location suits me well. The last couple of times however, the food in the restaurants was not great, the service was slow. The bar was serviced by some random employee who didn’t really know what they were doing and served me a cheap semi dry wine. Notable for a region known for its wines. The shower-head was also broken and fell when I turned the water on. Overall it felt like the place was loosing it. I am not sure I will get back there on my next trip. Bummer…"

"Raffaella was an absolute pleasure, so helpful and charming. The property was just what we were hoping for with its accessibility to the various locales in the Piemonte area. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was delightful in the service of the meal. I can’t say enough about this reservation and how wonderful it was. I would highly recommend it to everyone."
