"We had an excellent stay."

"Great location to Biltmore House. Two bedroom suite was very spacious and in pretty good condition. Lots of room for everyone. There was no ice in the fridge when we arrived and had to drive back to office to get ice. And the apartment numbers were hidden behind bushes. Could not be seen from the driveway. Had to Park and find it. These appeared to be condo/apartments. "

"The only small niggle is that the dining room staff could be a bit better organized. Other than that A+."

"Very friendly staff and clean room; we were on ground level where there was parking at our window. We were not able to close the draperies. There was a thin curtain between the draperies & window but still felt this did not give enough privacy."

"Typical motel style Best Western. You have to climb up stairs if you have a second floor room."

"Rooms and overall hotel was clean. Beds were comfy, pool area was nice. Hot tub was closed, but we had a great time and would stay here again!"

"Extremely disappointed with our stay. The beds were some of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on — very high up, constantly moving, and impossible to get comfortable on. The bathroom drain plug was broken, which normally wouldn’t be a huge issue, but traveling with an infant meant we needed to be able to give baths. The indoor pool was freezing cold, the TV barely worked, and honestly in 2026 there’s no reason hotels shouldn’t at least have functioning smart TVs. To make things worse, parts of the hotel smelled strongly like Raid/roach spray which was very concerning with small children. We were so uncomfortable that we ended up checking out at 8 PM and driving home a full day early with two kids. Definitely not the relaxing family stay we expected."

"Upstairs bar was awesome. Staff at the bar was exceptional. Room was very clean and spacious. Front desk staff was OK and breakfast was fine and the breakfast staff was great."
