Great location and overall nice place. We had several small problems such as a bathroom door that didn't work and never heard back after reported. Nice place just needs a few small fixes.

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hazelton/Bruceton Mills
This room was nasty. One queen bed had no frame and was sitting in the floor. The carpets were sticky and fraying. No toilet seat lid. The beds were hard. I used to love Microtel, but this will be my last stay with this hotel chain.

As others have said, the hotel is a little dated, but it was very clean. If upgrading, I would start with the bathrooms. High toilets should be standard in hotels at this point.
