Room had plaster damage that was repaired but not painted. Repair around shower fill that was done poorly. Burn hole in cover on bed although non smoking room. Room was clean overall. I would stay there again as room issues were minor.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at over the last 5years walkin shower was great with a hand held shower wand and a seat with a back. perfect for my disable wife. Will stay here again in the coming months.The staff was excellent plenty of breakfast options, and the room was clean with a nice fresh scent

It’s a good place to sleep and has nice people working at it. The television didn’t work, but had hdmi ports so if you want to watch tv I’d suggest bring your own stick to plug into the tv. The tv wasn’t an issue for me but it was a small issue for my wife. The only complaint I have is that the shower was hard to get warm, by day 2 we figured it out. Slept wonderful at the inn though.

Check in/out super easy, beds were comfy. Only concerns were: bathroom seemed very clean, but a wet used wash cloth was left in the shower AND you had to work to get the door to latch shut to our room.

The women at the front desk was nice, but seemed like she was under the influence of something. The hotel is two stories but there is no elevator. The stairwell was really creepy. The lady gave me my room keys and when I opened the room door, there was a couple laying in bed. I went back to the front desk and the lady was very apologetic. When I went into the new room, it was fairly clean. The bathroom counter was badly stained and I saw dead roach.

The staff was nice. The place was clean, comfortable bed however the TV remote & coffee maker in the room didn’t work. I would hope that all equipment would be tested from time to time to be sure they work when guests arrive.

I love that every single time I choose red roof in hartselle, my room is clean. Not only is it clean but the sheets and pillow cases are clean and have a clean smell and feel with no stains or holes. Bathrooms and showers remain clean. And unlike a lot of other places, you can actually walk on the hardwood floors with no socks and have no residue or crumbs or dirt on your feet. They mop the floors well and sweep. Tables are clean and polished. Microwaves are always clean. No stains. No anything. It's an affordable price and most definitely worth every cent with the nice upkeep of the rooms at the hotel.
