We really enjoyed our experience at Andaz. Right from the beginning it was a very positive experience as staff were very attentive and really liked the concierge service through WhatsApp. We will definitely looking forward to coming to Andaz if we are in papagayo in the near future.

The place is beautiful, very close to the beaches, it is also very clean. The only concern I have is that I didn't have hot water to bath. I had to stay 2 days and I couldn't take a shower with hot water and I didn't like that
