"Puncuk pass resort is located at one of the best locations in Puncuk. However, resort is very old, not maintained probably due to covid and infrastructure is very old and broken. In our room, all furnishings and towels were very dirty and old. Furniture was also not satisfactory. Condition of swimming pool and outside area needs proper maintenance and cleanliness. "I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The hotel is very old and run-down. The noise from the air conditioning units on each floor was very loud and annoying. The air conditioners inside the rooms were also noisy and had poor cooling. The sanitary facilities and bathrooms were very outdated and most of their tools were broken. The hotel needs urgent renovation. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent."
