"The Casona is a nice hotel. The room siz is acceptable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The price is too high for what you get. Hotels.con says the distance from Cuetzalan is 4.6 miles. No it is 16 miles an transportation is very limited to go in and out. The Casona is located in the town of Jonotla, Puebla which is a very nice town if you want to "disconect""

"We had a nice time. A message on the web site stated we had to walk in but that was not true. It looked like it needed a little TNC but was fine. The owners are of Spanish (Europe) descent and were very helpful. According to what we were told the hotel was part of a plantation owned by the first president of Mexico. The out buildings have been remodeled and our room was great, all stone building. Eric was very helpful and even saw to it that we could be served a hot breakfast at 5am as I had a...
