Great location in the middle of town with nicely equipped apartment . Super comfortable bed and importantly it has a washing machine for catching up on laundry . Cuenca is well worth an overnight stay and has some great photographic opportunities. If you need to leave early for the train then the bus service doesn’t start until 7.30 but our hosts sorted out a taxi to the station for only 12 Euro and picked us up outside . Enthusiastic and friendly Communication from our hosts

We had the room at the top of the hotel which was up a flight of stairs after the lift got to the top. It was stunning. A small totally private rooftop patio gave us 270 degree views over the awesome scenery and the old town. A small window the other side looked down through the valley to the new town. Breathtaking! Excellent conversion of a heritage (I assume) building. Our only problem was we didn't stay long enough.

Lovely hotel with great staff and close to all you want to see.

Enlightening experience with English speaking host unearthing not only the local ruins but also the historic value of the surprisingly large village house in which you are staying. Comfortable and relaxing with excellent food. A real treat in local information and insights. The host having not only a knowledge of local history and tourism but also cuisine and is hands on in the kitchen preparing dishes from local areas and supplies. A little hard to find but go to Valarie. On arrival go to the...

Complimentary minibar and lounge items along with lounge WifFi access were welcome features of our brief stay. Front desk quite helpful and welcoming and room, although rather small, was adequate for the price.

Well presented hotel with helpful staff

Things of note with this hotel are: excellent/friendly/helpful staff, cleanliness, good sized rooms, comfortable beds, good showers. Downside is not having food options for lunch and dinner available on site, and a relative paucity of options for dinner in the town in general

Place has been recently refurbished with brand new everything Yes, you need a car to access this hotel, or catch a taxi. But you are so far from everything better if you have a car Previous reviews for this hotel whined about the noise of farm animals nearby (get over yourselves). Now with the thick glass and shutters you can barely hear a peep at night Reception staff were friendly enough, but the bar/restaurant guy was a legend I'm sure this hotel will become more high end and...

The hotel was well located for access to the town and within walking distance of the old town and Plaza Mayor. The receptionist was extremely helpful on check in. The room had a bar fridge which is always a bonus in hot climates and the room was comfortable although had no views (a brick wall!) which made it appear dark. Unfortunately we were there on a Sunday (and a festival day) and no restaurants in town, or the hotel restaurant opened until 10pm.
