Property is in a superb location. It is a little dated in places and we had issues with hot water but the staff are very friendly and you are on the doorstep of where it all happens!

Pluses were room cleanliness and staff courtesy. However hotel seemed tired - hall carpeting looked grungy and room furniture scratches had not been attended to. A come down from when I stayed here in the aughts at which time I had thought it was the nicest hotel I had stayed at to date.
Price was good; can't recall if room had coffee maker.
All in all a good buy for the location
