"We traveled here in July and we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was good, the staff were super helpful and the hotel had everything we needed. The only small downside was our AC wasn’t great. The room would get a bit hot throughout the day but we weren’t in the room much so it didn’t matter much. Again, great stay."

"Very clean and spacious property with gorgeous view. Pros: Kitchen was well stocked, water pressure was excellent. Wifi was effective. Having Laundry was nice. Close to downtown soller, fornalutx and accessible to port de soller. Cons: Parking is a bit of a struggle 5 minutes up the road and you have to park extremely close to the walls- european roads are narrow. Arrived in summer during peak of heat wave, AC is only downstairs FYI not in bedrooms, so it was very hot to sleep and I ended up sleeping downstairs on the floor. Due to climate change I would consider installing more units upstairs. Pedro does NOT speak English and primarily French, we found the check in process to be a bit arduous because of this, as well as the need for us as guests to calculate the energy usage which I found to be lengthy and confusingIn my opinion, he should just include the energy charge in the total cost of the stay or include an all-inclusive surcharge on guests that consume excess/above the normal range of energy. Apartment could have used a binder/guide for smoother check in and check out. Overall, a beautiful traditional house to stay in."

"Location is amazing for peace, tranquility, and beauty. You should know before going that you need to walk to Soller or Fornalutx for necessities (it is a beautiful walk but can be intense in the heat each day unless you have a car). Moreover, the breakfast and staff here were wonderful + comfy beds and great showers. I highly recommend."

"Within days of our imminent arrival the host created a WhatsApp group that enabled us to communicate clearly and promptly. They sent clear instructions and a video explaining how to access the property. The property itself is outstanding and finished to a very high level. Everything you could possibly need was there including stair gates to protect young children, small toys for toddlers, pool inflatables etc. we were a group of 6 adults with a 2.5 year old child and the villa was perfect.All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, fitted wardrobes and en suite shower rooms. Their attention to detail is exceptional even down to how many clothes hangers are provided in the wardrobes. Complimentary toiletries were also supplied. The kitchen has ample cooking pans, dishes, cutlery etc and is very modern with high end appliances. There’s also a large bbq outside on the large patio area that has shade all day. The villa is within and small holding with chickens, goats, geese, orange grove and fig trees. It’s a fantastic location with the backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains. Finally the hosts themselves are very hospitable and helpful if you have any questions. Toni brought us fresh oranges for orange juice (the kitchen has a juicer!) and came round every evening watering the plants. This is a great property for a vacation."

"-We enjoyed our stay here immensely – the tranquility and sounds of nature, and the beautiful home and surroundings. It was a wonderful spot for exploring nearby hiking trails. We can recommend the hike up to Puig de Sa Bassa, and S’Alzina Fumadora trail which takes you down to Fornalutx. The Mirador de Ses Barques is a short drive down the MA-10 where you can begin the trail of Sa Costera to Cala Tuent. In the opposite direction, and even closer, is the embassament de Cúber where you can hike up to the Puig de l’Ofre or down the Barranc de Biniaraix.We would like to express our gratitude to Tomeu for his generous hospitality and insight into the local area.-Vàrem gaudir immensament de la nostra estada aquí: la tranquil·litat, els sons de la natura i la bellesa de la casa i del seu entorn. Ha estat un indret magnífic per explorar els camins de muntanya propers. Recomanam especialment la pujada al Puig de Sa Bassa i el camí de s’Alzina Fumadora, que baixa fins a Fornalutx. El Mirador de ses Barques és a pocs minuts en cotxe per la MA 10, des d’on podeu iniciar la ruta de Sa Costera fins a Cala Tuent. "The house was even more beautiful than in the photos – it felt like a movie set, full of charm and character. It had everything we needed, with thoughtful details that made us feel very comfortable. Being a stone house on a hill, even on hot days we could sleep well with just the fan, without opening windows. On the first day we left one open and had a couple of insect visitors, but after that no issues at all. There are also plenty of insect repellents provided, which shows how well-prepared the hosts are. We had read about motorbike sounds from the road, and yes, they can be heard, but they never disturbed our sleep. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning surroundings far outweighed this. Reaching the house without a car would be very difficult. Also, the nearest beach wasn’t our style, so we drove further, but others may like it. Overall, it’s a truly wonderful house with breathtaking views, an open kitchen, and several spots to relax or sunbathe. It made our holiday unforgettable."
