"The hotel AC didn’t work. The entire building has a draft through it which made it cold. There is nothing nearby the hotel (other than the expensive shop of the airport)."

"This hotel was by no means 4 stars. The water from the shower leaked from under the door and flooded the bathroom with each use. Although we specified a queen bed the bed was at best a full and had only 2 small pillows. Even when the do not disturb sign was on the door the cleaning staff insisted on banging on our door several times at 8am, and once even just barging in. The sound from the hallways carried under the doors and talking by staff and neighboring rooms woke us up several times before 7am. Overall the hotel was very dark and dated and with the pool and hot tub being out of service there was very little to look forward to or enjoy at the hotel."
