Excellent location. Less than a half block away from plaza principal. The staff at the front desk were not very polite. Our check in time was 3pm, room was not ready. They stated it would be about another hour or so, and that they would call when room was ready. Never called. We went to have lunch and came back at 5pm but not sure when room actually became available.
