The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a spacious counter and sink, full size refrigerator for additional cold storage, deep freezer for your bait and fresh catch, a gas grill for BBQs, and plenty of space to relax. Enjoy the 4 bicycles, 4 kayaks, with 2 being tandem, and an outdoor shower to enjoy after a day of adventure!
With ample parking, including space for your boat trailer, you'll love the convenience of a local boat ramp just 1 mile away. Direct access to the ocean and fresh water springs a large floating dock with fish cleaning station, fresh water hoses, and dock power to make your stay even more hassle-free. The dock and/or seawall can accommodate boats up to 34ft. Ice machine on the property as well!
Families with young children will appreciate the home's thoughtful amenities, including high speed Wi-Fi, games, books, a pop-up baby crib, and a high chair, making your packing lighter and easier.
