The house was very clean and cute! They could put some ceiling fans in especially with how warm they want you to keep it in FL it would help a lot with air flow. The beds were decent, however the couch is cute but not practical/comfy.

We had a magical time at our (not so) little house in the Florida woods. The house itself was spotless, in excellent (new) condition and with a well-thought out floor plan (appreciated the toilet with its own sink separate from the very large bathroom, with another sink, lots of cabinet and counter space and a walk-in shower with a privacy-glass window that could be opened for ventilation), and the well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to stay I. For meals and enjoy the peaceful lanai and surrounding woods. Nights were very quiet and without light pollution (we could enjoy the clear night skies). Each house has a private garden, too, with privacy ‘interrupted’ only by squirrels and, in our case, by a good size gopher tortoise. Yet, the location allowed us to get to all sights and activities quickly and without detours. Communication with our host via text messages was easy and clear. Our host (Regine) was also very responsive and helpful Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Perfect!

This was the perfect place to stay on our golf trip. Not overly intimate like a B&B and not impersonal like a hotel. The management was super helpful and onsite. We were near grocery stores and restaurants yet on a very private and peaceful road. I highly recommend these cottages!

It was perfectly pleasant, clean, with cute little decorative touches and comfortable beds. The split shower area/toilet makes it more convenient--almost functions as a 2BR, 2BA unit. The kitchen was fully equipped, with quality appliances and accouterments. Sets up nicely for a couple with one or two kids.

Quiet Retreat, New Scandinavian Style

The SASSA house was perfect for my writing, rest and relaxation retreat. It was also close enough for me to visit my dad nearby. The house is off a main road, you do drive on a gravel road to access the house but the seclusion was wonderful. I loved the screen porch overlooking the woods. The house decor was very Scandinavian, practically brand new and well appointed. I will stay again on my next trip to the area.

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer

House located close to the springs and other attractions. House was perfect. Up to date and clean. Property managers added nice little touches like a welcome package with rules of the house, wifi info, checkout info, and local attractions and dining. House was fully stocked with kitchenware, towels, and toiletries. Nice quiet street...we will definitely be back!!

This place is so well appointed and easy. The layout is excellent and anything you would need is available and well thought out. The communication with Olivia was excellent too. I wish we could duplicate these accommodations everywhere.

Nice little house with great screened in back porch. Quiet neighborhood. Washer and dryer in house, dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker etc. Beds very comfortable. Owners communicated daily by text to make sure everything was to satisfaction.
