Offering open water views, 30ft of dockage, +20ft of additional dockage, floating dock, on site ice machine, and a double lot providing ample parking for both cars and boat trailer. “The River House” is a prime location for single and multi family vacationers, with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
