Deep Water Canal with 20' Floating Dock and Game Room

Welcome to the “Reel Relaxin’ Retreat”, Your home away from home. This 3-bedroom, 2 bath home is located on a deep-water canal with a floating dock for your boat, 3 kayaks for your enjoyment, game room with Foosball table and Air Hockey table and comfortably accommodates 6 adults and 4 children. This spacious home is set up with a kitchen stocked with small appliances; living room with power reclining sofa, loveseat and recliner and 3 bedrooms with king beds and one set of full over full bunk beds for the kids.

Outside Property Description:
The home has a long driveway with enough space for 2 trucks and 2 trailers or 1 truck & trailer along with 4 other vehicles. There is also room on the left side of the home to park additional trailers or vehicles.

Around back the home offers a 20’ floating dock with plenty of space to tie the boat up or load into the kayaks. The dock is equipped with a water hose to clean your boat after a day on the water and a cleaning station for your catch of the day.

Also, around back you’ll enjoy the easterly facing screened lanai with a large round table that accommodates seating for 8 while you enjoy the gentle breeze from the 52” fan and beautiful breeze off the waterfront. This is a perfect setting for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or evening of relaxation. Fire up the Weber BBQ gas grill for a waterfront cookout.

Inside the garage you’ll find three 10’ kayaks and outdoor lawn games for your enjoyment.

This spacious 2400 sq ft. 3-bedroom, 2-bath luxury home allows for plenty of space to sit, unwind and relax in comfort. You’ll have access to free WIFI and YouTube TV for streaming all of your favorite shows.

The living room is a great place to relax with a power recliner, dual powered sofa and a dual powered loveseat while watching your favorite tv show or sporting events on the 75” Roku smart TV. In the Kitchen you'll find all the necessary small appliances to prepare a wide variety of home cooked meals. The lighted coffee Station is equipped with a Keurig K Cups single serve coffee maker, Ninja drip coffee maker and an electric tea pot. Just off the kitchen is the breakfast nook with a pub table to gather around to have coffee or play cards. Across from the Kitchen is the Libation Station and game room where you can enjoy a little friendly competition playing air hockey or Foosball. The dining room offers plenty of room for everyone to come together, with seating for 10 guests. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, hosting game night, or simply sharing stories from the day’s adventures, this inviting space was made for connection and conversation.

When it’s time to retire for the night all 3 bedrooms have king beds, 2 nightstands (each with charging stations) and a large dresser. The primary bedroom and the 1st guest bedroom each have a 65” Roku smart TV and the 3rd bedroom offers a 75” Roku smart TV. All TVs are set up with YouTube TV for streaming your favorite shows.

Things to Do and See:
Crystal River is the know for Manatees, scalloping and fishing! The best time to see manatees is in the cooler months where they pack into areas the nearby Three Sisters Springs area. They also like to swim up into the canals, giving you a chance to see them from the dock. There are many companies that offer Manatee sight-seeing tours and Swimming with the manatees.

Scalloping season takes place in the summer months from July thru mid-September. Scalloping is great fun for all. All you need is a mesh bags for gathering your scallops, a snorkel and some fins. Of course, you’ll also need a boat to go out on the bay. If you don’t have one there are local companies that will take you out to the prime scalloping areas and boat rentals if you prefer to rent a boat for a day or two. Crystal River is also famous for its great fishing experiences catching Trout, Redfish, Grouper, Tarpon & Snook. If you don’t have a boat, there are many guided fishing tours available as well as fishing from the State Park Pier. You’ll find information of size and catch limits on the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation website.

The house is located on a canal that will take you by boat to Crystal River and out to the bay. There is one bridge between the house and the river that is approximately 12’ – 15’ depending on the tide. We have a 27’ center console that measures 8’ from the top to the waterline and there is about 4-6 feet from the top of our boat to the underside of the bridge.
