We were greeted at the counter by a woman who said she doesn't even work at the hotel, and then we were told she couldn't accept our online reservation. The hotel owner refused to give us a room unless we paid by the day, so he could get the non-discounted pay. We decided to leave and take our chances on finding a hotel last minute - during the peak of scalloping season and the weekend before the 4th of July. Luckily, the Quality Inn in Crystal River was able to accommodate us for part of our trip and a family member hosted us the rest of the time. My family stayed at the Beverly Hills Motel last summer and it was dirty, poorly run, and we weren't even given the room we requested. We won't be staying here again, and we suggest you don't either.
Made a reservation on line through hotels.com. When we arrived at the hotel management advised that they do not take online reservations. We were offered a room. The room was disgusting. This place is more like a boarding house for homeless people. I would not let my dog sleep here.
The runes for claim the service was good the hotel was in a good location it was quiet they were friendly I would highly recommend this Motel to anybody I had a pleasant stay I would recommend this Motel to anyone. I give this Motel four stars
owners appear nice, but some of the people staying there were questionable. I went and bought Lysol wipes as the table, countertops, sink, sink tops, refridgerator and tub were dirty. also there was a half drank coke in the fridge that they did not throw out. the carpet under the beds was filthy. The pillows inside the pillow cases were stained with a lot of sweat stains. thank god the sheets and towels were clean.Even the curtains and bedspreads were nasty .Not a place I would stay again.
Ce motel n'est pas très loin de Crystal River. Accueil correcte.
motel assez vétuste qui aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation. grande chambre .
je ne retournerai pas dans ce motel . A n'y aller que si pas d'autre choix.

Great hotel!
The check in lady was incredibly kind!she was amazing
We needed a place to stay for work during the 4th of July holiday, and had heard this motel was better than it appeared from the outside.
We had reserved a king size, non-smoking. When we got to the motel to check in, the manager told us he didn't have the room we reserved but offered to give us a different room for the first night, saying our room would be available the following night. I wish I had taken pictures of the room. While it was livable, it definitely needed some repairs.
The next morning we packed our car back up, returned the key and went to work. When my husband left work in the evening to check into the new room and unload the car for the second time, the manager said "the room still isn't available" and put us back in the same room. The linens hadn't even been changed (I could tell by the cigarette burn marks in the blankets), which indicated to me that they never planned on moving us to a different room.
We decided switching rooms was too much hassle on top of a rough week of work, so we made due with the double beds.
We had hoped this motel would be nice enough that we could plan to stay here every time we go up for work (twice a year, totaling 2 weeks), but it looks like I'll have to find a different place to stay.
Old motel, old sinks, etc. But room was freshly painted and clean. Definately a no frills motel. It's a place to stay and cheaper than most any place in town. There is a mom an pop restuarant with good breakfast attached to the motel so that is nice. The outside looks really run down. With a little effort they could spruce it up.
