"Property was a good location for restaurants, stores, and the mall. The property itself was ok for an overnight stay. The room was muggy and the pillows were terrible. Woke up with a headache. The mattress sunk low. "

"Breakfast was all we needed. Coffee 24 hours. There are restaurants in walk-in distance. Tons of shopping for my wife which made her happy. Location was perfect. Bed slept nice. Shower was hot. "

"Room smelled bad, no blankets, looked about as stripped down as you can get. But the killer was when I went into the bathroom to find the toilet backed up to the brim with someone’s diarrhea. I just took the loss, left, and booked with a hotel further up the road. "

"Breakfast was good, room was clean and spacious and front desk staff was amazing. I left my phone at the front desk after checking in and the guy there ran it to my room for me."

"Stayed at Motel 6 Lakeland, FL and had a pretty disappointing experience. The room smelled strongly like cigarette smoke, which made it uncomfortable right away. It also seemed like many people are living at the property, with groups hanging around outside the rooms throughout the night. There was a lot of noise, and it didn’t quiet down until around 3 a.m., making it hard to get any rest. Overall, not a great stay."
