"We had a very good stay. The staff was very nice, awesome breakfast!! You can find coffee, cold and hot options like egg, bacon, bread and pastries, juice, fruits and cereals/oatmeal. Our room was clean, a little weird smell but the hotel is very clean overall. "

"All the activities you could want and then some. Staff was friendly. My kids had a blast, heck, even I (Dad) had fun. Rooms were nice, quiet, and clean. The water in the water park was nice and warm, good for the kids to play for hours. Lots of people, but that was expected. Staff does a good job managing crowds and keeping things moving. Our stay was great. 1 thing I am annoyed about- the billing end. First I accidentally picked the wrong nights when booking through Expedia. After literally and hour on hold with great Wolf Lodge, I gave up. Went through Expedia- they were about to fix my mistake but I had to be charged literally double. I admit, it was my mistake. But a small typo by me cost me basically another nights stay. Expedia tried to get Great Wolf Lodge to waive it since I tried to fix immediately after booking, but GWL would not waive the fee. Also, I got charged twice for parking. Tried to call to get it fixed, but was on hold forever. Was only 40 bucks instead of 20 but still..."
