"Paul is exceptional at responding to questions and inquiries. This house was PERFECT for our family of 10. We enjoyed the bonfire pit, kayaks, paddleboards, outdoor patio and swimming off the dock. The space was perfect for our family. It's within walking distance of town and has two pickleball courts close. Parking is great for 4 cars. This was literally the perfect house for our vacation! "This place was awesome. We had such a great time with the beach so close to the house. The sunsets were amazing. The management team very responsive. We had no problems but they kept in touch with us several times during our stay. The house worked out beautifully for us. I took my two daughters and their families. They all had separate areas and room for the kids. We had plenty of space for everyone. The house was filled with anything you might need. And it was so clean when we checked in. I love when an owner keeps cleaning stuff handy. They had brooms and dust pans handy. So we could clean up the sand that the kids drugged in. They had a hand sprayer that had both cold and hot water to help with that. We were close to anything g you might want to do as well. Ice cream and the cherry restaurant was across the street. There was a quirky little animal place at the end of our street worth checking out if you have little ones. We hope to go back!!"

"Cute, well maintained little house in Beulah in a great location. We enjoyed the close (7 minute) walk to the beach and town, as well as the childrens science center, cherry hut, and dairy king the other way. Easy drive to Frankfort, the airport, supermarket/pharmacy, etc. Communication was easy with property management, who quickly helped us unlock a door after my 3 year old locked it by accident. The house is def smaller than we thought... bedrooms #2 and #3 are very small, but the living room and front patio were nicely arranged and helped make it less tight for our group of 6 (4 adults, 2 young kids). Thanks!"
