"Everything was awesome and well managed "

"Loved the fact that the food was made fresh. The breakfast had good variety and quantity. We didn’t even bother with lunch as we were so full from the large breakfast. Room was clean and functional. Staffs were very polite and curtious. Mr. Gopal Rawat was very nice and friendly. Irsad and Dev answered all my questions politely. The view from the rooftop restaurant is beautiful and serene. I am glad I booked this hotel for my stay. I had a lovely experience. I recommend this place to everyone."

"The location is fantastic. The hotel is beautiful & very well maintained. The food at Ambrai restaurant was also very good. Staff was helpful. Only issue I had once was at dinner on Friday night when the restaurant got crowded & the intern waiters didn't coordinate my order well. Apart from that all good. The hotel also had private boat facility for sunset tour of lake Pichola, which was pricey but fantastic "

Also, facility are good but not maintain well like changing room at pool are not good, no lights, no proper locks...etc....staff response towards service is very slow or ignored...specially for Indian customers other part picture will change if you are forgine tourist. "The hotel is stunning and the staff very friendly, however, 2 points to mention: - the windows of our lake view room were very dirty, and sealed, which ruined the view. - on the second night, the swimming pool area was closed for a private event, and the guests were not able to access the premises "

"I liked this hotel. It is quirky - an old haveli, rooms are all interesting and the landing areas between them have seating / meeting areas - cool and pleasant spaces. The room towels are a non-original shade of grey. Not dirty at all but not new I suppose. The dining area has a clear view of the lake and above it is more seating again with glorious views. The breakfast is comprehensive - some lovely pancakes - and the service there is excellent. "
