"The motel is older and has small, basic rooms, but everything was clean and comfortable, and the property is in process of renovation. The new owner was absolutely gracious and kind. I was on my way home from a funeral, which was a very long drive, a bunch of crying, and two really bad nights' sleep in a row, so I was feeling pretty raw when I arrived. The owner was so kind and sweet to me. The bed was super comfy and the shower was hot and good pressure in the morning. Everything in the room was very clean and homey. If you don't need a large space, but just need something comfy, this is definitely the place."

"We and our dog felt very welcomed after a long day of packing for a long trip and driving a lot. There were dog biscuits, poop bags and dog bowls. The kitchenette was stocked with coffee and tea. The bunk beds were snug but very comfortable. The AC worked well. Parking spot right next to the front door, Host Ashley was responsive to our questions. Everything was clean."
