"This was supposed to be a girls’ trip with my best friend. Most of the stay was enjoyable until she had a concerning experience during breakfast at Tropikist Beach Hotel & Resort. Around 8:50 AM, the chair she was sitting on suddenly broke and she fell to the ground. Other guests helped her up, and staff later provided an ice pack and paracetamol. About an hour later, the pain in her hip and side became much worse. Despite informing staff that she needed to lie down, she was initially told she still had to check out by 1 PM because new guests were arriving. After repeatedly explaining how much pain she was in, she was eventually allowed to use another room and requested to see a doctor. Accidents can happen anywhere, but when a guest is injured due to faulty furniture, the response should prioritize the guest’s health and wellbeing."

"The staff was very friendly, and the apartment was clean, only problem I had is that the apartment doesn't have a microwave which is pretty standard appliance in this age, other than that I enjoyed my stay and will return again"
