"Our stay was lovely from when we first me Jamie at the front desk to check us in throughout our one night stay. Exceptionally clean, quiet, great location right off Route 80. We recommend this location and we will stay there again the next time we are traveling."

"The room was clean. The air conditioning did not stay on, we had to keep turning the unit on and off in order for the room to cool down. This was very difficult sleeping since the room would get up to 77 degrees at night even though we had the setting on Cool not HEAT. Staff was friendly but did not have suggestions for fixing the issue."

"Breakfast was cold offerings (cereal, bagels, muffins, etc.) but plentiful. No staff seen at breakfast or at the desk to checkout. Room was in good shape and comfortable, but there were no cups of any kind and no hair dryer. Very quiet."

"Pros Host checked in to make sure arrived.We were provided with firewood.They allow pets for a feeConsThe backyard was not completely fenced and faced a public street and our dog wandered to the other side before we realized. My boyfriend had to clean out the firepit because it was full of soot and broken glass.The road was relatively busy and noisy and there were residential homes on the other side.The futons in the cabin were not comfortable. Since the weather was getting bad and we would need to stay indoors, we decided to go home after two days of our four day stay.There are no decent places to dine in marienville.the itilian restaurant is closedand their mobile food truck was out of everything. We went to some Shamrock restaurant down the road from our cabin and the food was cold and soggy..completely inedible."

"Most of the staff were very nice and the condition of the property would have been excellent, if not for the nasty stained towels in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to get cups, as they were none in the room and to exchange a towel with big stains all over it. The front desk clerk appeared disbelieving, and a bit put out before giving me another folded towel and stating he would make a note for the general manager.When I unfolded the new towel in the room, it was also stained."

"My dog Gator and I had a very nice timeThe hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The cabin is very cozy… Only recommendation I would have is to have instructions inside the cabin on how to utilize things like the fireplace, where to take the garbage, etc.Otherwise, it was great! "

"I was looking to get away by myself and this was the perfect location to do that. It snowed which made it that much more beautiful. The house was very clean and comfy. I vegged for 3 days, watched TV and pretty much decompressed. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and I am always looking for a good night sleep. I would definitely return and maybe it will be during warmer weather this time. Thank you for sharing this wonderful gem!!!!"
