"Since it was first time with VRBO, I was a little nervous about the whole process going into it. Rob was great to answer questions and deal with both myself and my granddaughter.It was an ideal location for visiting the Hudson River Valley and along the coast to Newport. "We needed to sleep here and that is all so we didn’t get a chance to review the area. The accommodation was very clean, well-appointed, and seemed to have all the amenities you could ask for from what we noticed. The neighborhood was tight, but off-street parking is provided. Would recommend "

"I first the ad promoted 2 bed room and it’s was only one with a person next to you second the owner was horrible with communication check in was at 4 I couldn’t check in until 8 just to view a little room with dead roaches on the sheats and covers I didn’t even stay i simply went to a motel and lost money booking this property the owner say he lock out he can’t give refund"

"We came up from Manhattan on the train to visit my son who lives in downtown. The apartment met all our needs and the managers were very responsive. There is not much in the immediate vicinity in terms of shops/coffee but we walked to downtown in 25 minutes. One of the beds was much less comfortable than the other. Overall, great and quiet for the price point"

"The pictures in this listing completely misrepresented the neighborhood. We only spent about an hour in the VRBO but didn't feel safe there for several reasons. First of all, the room wasn't secure because it was opened up to the neighborhood through the upper floor that let out to the fire escape. Second of all there were large groups of people in the streets having block parties that made us feel like our rental car wasn't safe from vandalism or burglary.
