We stay at a lot of Super 8 motels. We like that they are generally clean have all the basic needs. The price is reasonable for a few nights stay. This one had a basic breakfast of waffles, cold cereal, pastries and toast. A little more basic than normal. The also use Styrofoam plates and bowls - an environmental negative.
Our stay was pretty good, the bed was not comfortable for either of us. The room was very quiet, clean and had plenty of towels. The staff was very friendly especially the person who checked us in. Very accommodating for my wife who is currently using a walker. We would probably stay there again but we would have to figure out how to make that bed more comfortable.
Super 8 facility was fine and it was clean.
The breakfast was substandard. They had make your own waffles and either raisin bran or frosted flakes, but little else. There was bread or small bagels, but no fruit or sweets of any kind, not even a muffin or Danish.
The property was fine and clean the night desk lady was super nice but the man then checked me in seemed annoyed that I was there lol. Maybe he was having a bad day but he was rude
Room was nice and clean, however weather was unusually cold and it took a long time to heat up the room. I would be nice if room was already at a comfort temperature.
First time in Crossville TN. I have stayed at Super 8 before in other states I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the outside and room were. Friendly staff, restaurants close by will definitely will stay here again if I travel to Crossville again.
We were looking for a place to sleep for three nights while were attending an event in Crossville. Once again Super 8 did the trick. For a reasonable price we got a clean room, working AC, a comfortable bed, and a secu
The worker Alexis mixed up two reservations, then blamed it on the guests. I had booked two rooms for vendors working at my daughter’s wedding. Alexis mixed up the rooms & was extremely rude bc i used a third party to book. I even stopped by & wrote them down on paper before the vendors checked in & had it on my hotel app. She told me she wouldn’t help me bc i was rude. I became rude after she was rude to me to begin with. I will be calling Wyndham to report her.
A quiet clean facility with a good breakfast, close to the National park areas. Be sure to look for Ozone Falls when you are there, 10 minute drive and 15 strenuous hike that was worth it.
