"Just one night stay. Got it for free so no complaints. It was a late checkin but front desk got us in very fast. And we left the next morning to continue our trip. Room are big and clean."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! We checked in on a Friday and was given the wrong key and walked in on another family. The air was not working correctly throughout the entire hotel and had fans blowing everywhere. The room was disgusting with stains on the sheet. It was hot, humid, and dirty. When asked to be credited we had to wait until the manager was in on Monday. We ended up leaving within 15 minutes of checking in and stayed somewhere else. I turned the keys in and hotels.com could only credit me if the manger approved. When they called for approval, she REFUSED and said we stayed there (which we didn't) When I called to speak with her directly to explain the situation, she was rude, basically called me a liar and hung up on me. Hotels.com also called and asked and she hung up on them as well. I have never dealt with something like this. I am appalled at how she handled this situation. If considering staying here, you have been warned at how they handle situations and how the rooms are kept up."

"Room was clean and functional. Two drying fans running outside my door in the hall may have tainted my opinion of this stay. The pool was at the end of the hall outside my door. I am sure water was being tracked into the hall area. The outside of the hotel was in the process of being repaired (caulk & paint, etc). This too was outside my room. The road was also being under heavy repair. Things to consider. "

"This property is set in a wooded area that offers privacy, quiet and comfort. We had everything we could possibly need for our four-day stay. We were in Crossville for our granddaughter's graduation from high school so we didn't spend an abundant amount of time at the cabin. We will definitely stay again.The host communicated perfectly and that is much appreciated. The cabin was clean, the bed was comfortable, windows and doors were secure and appliances worked as they should. The driveway is narrow but we have a Ram Bighorn and had no problem getting in and out. You're going to want to give this place a try. Don't forget to go to The GOAT cafe. Pet a goat, have a yummy lunch and peruse a gift shop with cute merch. My fave store in town is French's Shoe Store. There is a separate location that is boots-only if you're looking for something to satisfy your inner cowboy. All-in-all, a great vacation that started with this Vrbo reservation! Thank you to the host. :-)"

"This was an excellent stay! The check in process was a breeze, the condo was neat and clean and equipped with just about everything that you need. It is is in a great location in Fairfield Glade; close to most everything. A short walk up the road brings you to Village Green Square where tons of events happen. When we stayed they had a farmer's market going on one day and then a wine tasting event another day. Just actross the street there is a breakfast place called Skillets and a nice Italian restaurant named Tossed. We had a great stay and would use Elizabeth and Nate's condo again."
