I didn’t know what to expect. I was s a mixed reviews regarding this property. Now o can see why. This is tru that the place is a fem as some do the reviews say.

I trusted the brand of the Rio Hotel, but it was amazing that the overall facilities were backward, the small swimming pool, and the lights in the hotel lobby were not turned on until it was strangely dark. The room I was assigned to had a bad smell and the sound of an old refrigerator all night, so I had to change the room. I Checked In At The Hotel Around 4 O'Clock, But The Restaurant Was Almost Closed, So I Was Disappointed That There Were Only Pizza And French Fries. But I got used to it as time went by and the color of the sea was really fantastic.

Beautiful suite with wonderful views of ocean. However only had hot water in bathroom for the first and last days (had to shower in cold water for 5 days despite requesting maintenence each day to fix it). If not for the hot water issue would have been an amazing stay

yes clean room, great staff, but we really had trouble getting a blanket for the sofa bed -

Absolutely love staying at the reef . Staff was very friendly, very helpful. It wasn’t overwhelming with people. I love the privacy that it has as well as the beach area on this side . 10/10.
