Hang out on one of the best beaches on Rabbit Lake at the newly renovated Sunny Point! Sleeps 12, with four queens, two twin XLs, and a twin bunk bed. The cabin features a large perfectly sandy beach for swimming, and four Paddle North SUPs. There is a brand new huge kitchen with 14ft island for entertaining. There is plenty of room for all with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living rooms, two lakeside porches and a giant deck to hang out on. A gas grill is located on the deck for grilling.
Sunny point has two levels with separate access for upstairs and downstairs areas. You`ll be able to access both with smart lock codes given a few days before arrival.

Outside features and huge 600sq ft deck with a 8ft picnic table, two lounge chairs, a patio chair set and a grill. Down by the beach there is dock to use for your boat or fishing the beach has six Adirondack chairs. Included in your stay is four Paddle North stand up paddle boards, and beach toys for kids. There is also a large fire pit with seating for all!

Hot Tub Rules:
-Everyone must shower before using the hot tub to keep the water clean
-No Alcohol or glass in or around hot tub
-Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the hot tub (6 people)
-Children must be supervised by an adult.
-People with heart disease, diabetes, any serious illness, or are pregnant should consult a doctor before use
-Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds
-Do not use the hot tub during thunderstorms
-Damage caused by the guest or a member of the guests’ group due to abuse, misuse, or violation of these rules is the responsibility of the guest
-Violating these rules may result in the full collection of your security deposit or a fee
