"Excellent hall space for the 24/7 use of hotel guests where you are allowed to take your own food. This is what would make us rebook if we revisited. Well located near to trams and subways with easy access to Rotterdam main central station. Major supermarket very close by and large open air food and shopping also very close."

"While it was kind (and odd) to be upgraded but without access to the M Lounge, it really didn't matter. The staff working The Pillars were all superb - particularly Maressa who kindly helped me improve my Dutch language skills. As the other 'front of house' for the hotel they are an absolute credit and I hope are recognised as such. The room was wonderful and we slept well followed up by an extensive range of breakfast choices to set you up for the day. I can recommend the cheese omelette. The location just across from Centraal station was another benefit meaning we had time to explore more Rotterdam before finally catching the train home."
