"We had an amazing winter weekend at this property! The host was incredible — they checked in a few days before arrival to update us on road conditions after the winter storm and made sure we could safely get to the cabin. When we arrived, the heat was already on, which was such a thoughtful touch and very appreciated!The cabin itself was quaint, cozy, and absolutely beautiful, and it was perfect for my husband and me (and our two fur babies). We loved walking on the frozen lake and playing in the beautiful snow. We were in town for a wedding, and the host was kind enough to accommodate a last-minute late checkout so we could relax and enjoy the space a little longer before heading home.I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. We can’t wait to come back and experience the lake again in warmer weather!"

"The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and good. I also want to call out the staff for their kindness. This trip came up quickly because of a family funeral. We booked in a hurry. We had to reschedule some other commitments. Being a distracted, I accidentally booked the wrong date for our 1-night stay. When we checked in, they credited what we paid for the night we booked (and no-showed) to the night we actually wanted. They did not have to do that, but we are deeply appreciative. We would definitely stay here again but, of course, be more careful to book the correct dates for our stay. "

"Rooms were comfy and clean! Staff was super helpful and kind! Lots of options for breakfast with a juice machine and a coca cola fountain. Very unfortunate the pool is out of service. Would definitely stay again if back in the area!! "
