"Kristina and Bernard at front desk were so helpful and pleasant as well as concierge Gianna with wealth of knowledge and helping up pivot our rainy day plans. We stayed in room 305 which was wonderful to have a side view of the water from the balcony. The breakfast was amazing. It was close to Old town but removed from the noise as it was Split days on one of the days."

"When I got into my room there were ants on my bed. They were really nice about letting me change rooms and let me have my pick, allowing me to check the rooms before. Only problem is that the next 2 rooms I checked also had ants. I probably should have gone somewhere else at this point but it was late, so I checked 2 rooms in the other building (annex) and they were much cleaner and newer than in the main building. Overall the hotel is decent but the fact that there were ants in 3 rooms was the reason for 1 star review. Staff was very nice when sorting everything out and everything was fine the rest of my stay. If it hadn’t been for the ants I would easily have rated it 3 or 4 stars."

"What a beautiful, modern hotel. Fantastic views from our room and especially the restaurant. We had dinner which was gourmet quality, and breakfasts were excellent. Very nice spa facility which was a great break from playing tourist. Staff were consistently excellent. A relatively easy walk to the old town. Highly recommend the Bellevue."
